Woodrunn Barn

- Stalls arranged in bays of 5 around a wide center aisle, allowing for clear walkways and safe space to groom and tack up

- Heated in winter (geothermal air exchange system supplemented in colder months by a fan-fed furnace during peak hours); barn is kept at constant temperature of 40 degrees during winter
- Solarium and PEMF therapy available for all boarded horses
- Attached 60’x90’ indoor arena has soft sand and fiber footing by MasterSurfaces, and is heated in winter
- Lounge area includes 2 bathrooms, 3 sofas, TV and DVD player, microwave and refrigerator; lounge is kept at 68 degrees in winter
Woodloch Barn
- 37 stalls (10’x10’ and 10’x12’) laid out in an “L” shape
- 10’x12’ stalls include attached tack lockers with bridle hooks, 2 saddle racks, and storage shelf
- 2 shared tack rooms with private lockers
- Bathroom is heated in winter
- Attached 60’x120’ indoor arena features skylights and silica sand and fiber footing for traction, shock absorption, and dust control
- Heated lounge with viewing windows into arena, additional seating area in arena itself
- Semi-private paddock or group pasture turnout
Outdoor Arenas
- 90’ x 130’ arena with sand and fiber footing for schooling, lunging, lessons, and fun shows
- Large 150’ x 250’ arena with sand and fiber footing for schooling, lunging, jumping lessons, clinics, and horse show warm-up
- NEW Olympic-sized dressage arena with sand and fiber footing for schooling and lessons
- Dead Broke Arena features extensive spectator seating and hosts many horse shows, rodeos, and clinics throughout the year.
Track & Trails
- One-Mile track with sand footing for exercising and trail riding
- Miles of trails through and around Woodloch’s property
- Terrain includes woods, perimeter of hay fields and driveways, access to Hardwood Creek Trail and roads
- Please do not ride through pastures or hay fields.
