Watch Maker C

2012 Bay Hanoverian gelding
By Watermill Rolex (Thoroughbred) out of a Linton-Argentinus mare

“Rolex” is an exciting young event prospect who could also excel in pure dressage, hunters, or jumping. His sire completed a 30-day Stallion Performance Test where he earned an 8.25 on rideability and is approved by the Hanoverian Verband. Rolex’s damsire Linton (Lican-Calido I) was very successful in the Bundeschampionat, including earning a score of 9.0 and finishing 4th in the finals.  He won numerous show jumping classes as a young horse and won his first 1.5m class at age 7.

When Rolex was a foal, he was shown and placed 5th at Hof Kleemeyer and was imported to the prestigious Hilltop Farm in Maryland. Since being started under saddle at Woodloch, Rolex has had many invaluable experiences including being ridden in clinics with Yves Sauvignon, Sinead Halpin, Becky Holder, Patti Becker, and Dom and Jimmie Schramm, as well as going on many trail rides that have introduced him to terrain, water, crowds, strange environments, and staying overnight away from home. Rolex is sweet, eager to please, and is in-tune with his rider. He is a careful and athletic jumper with beautiful movement, and his size makes him suitable for both adults and young riders. He is definitely a horse to “watch” for in the future! Private treaty; please inquire for more information on this wonderful horse.
