Kim Hiller
Dressage and Jumping

Kim works with each student to tailor their program to their individual goals within the framework of dressage. Believing that the horse is a reflection of the rider, Kim emphasizes rider position and body awareness. Her goal is to help students recognize what they are communicating to their horses. She guides both horse and rider towards improvement with progressive, systematic work.
Kim started riding in Germany as a child. Upon returning to Minnesota, she continued riding at Fortuna Farm under the tutelage of Max von Bleucher. She rode there for 22 years, and was eventually hired to teach, train, and break the Trakheners bred at the farm.

Kim teaches group, semi-private, and private lessons. She also trains horses as time permits. Her schedule is subject to change, but she is usually available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings. In addition to lessons, Kim also has other opportunities available for her students, such as cross country schooling and show coaching. Kim also coaches the english drill team, which performs at Woodloch's open house. Interested students can contact Kim for more details.
