Woodloch offers one of the most successful and humane training programs available, from starting the unbroken horse to finishing the pleasure or game horse. Dan Ramberg coordinates the training program.

Woodloch trains for all disciplines. We believe a strong foundation is the basis for success.

Meet Melissa Grossman-Harms

Melissa (Mel) Grossman-Harms has joined Woodloch Stable to start and train western horses and students. For over 10 years, she has worked successfully training halter horses, reining horses, barrel and pole horses, and pleasure horses, as well as ranch riding horses. She has worked with and competed in the Wisconsin Foundation Quarter Horse association quite extensively, as well.

"Training horses and teaching safety practices is at the heart of my personal goals." Melissa says. "I'm very excited to meet everyone who calls Woodloch Stable their home". Mel will be taking care of our Woodloch customer's horse needs as well as accepting outside horses for training, from starting the colt to finishing the horse.
