8:00am - Dressage YEH 4 yo/YEH 5 yo/NEH, followed by CT classes T, N, BN, S
Warm-up in fenced arena by house. Competition arena, ring in front of house.
10:00am - Jumping YEH 4 yo/YEH 5 yo/NEH, CT classes T, N, BN, S
Warm-up in rodeo arena. Competition in show jump arena/field.
YEH/NEH: 15 minutes per rider. Rider may ride a horse around course/into water (all 5 minutes per rider for school prior to start)
General Information
Woodloch Stable’s Midsommer Combined Test is a USEA-Recognized dressage and show jumping competition. The Midsommer CT has the following levels: Starter, Beginner Novice, Novice, and Training; we will also offer Young Event Horse classes for 4 and 5-year-old horses and New Event Horse classes. ASTM/SEI-approved helmets and pinny holders are required when mounted (pinny holders are not provided; riders must bring their own).

- Entry fees per horse/rider combination: $120
- Non-Compete horses welcome, $35 per horse. Liability waiver and current Negative Coggins required with entry.
- Limited stabling available, day stalls are $35ea, overnight stalls are $50, first come first served. Additional $50 deposit per stall also required with registration, refundable if you clean your stall before you leave.
- Limited electric camping spots available, $35/night, first come first served.
- Entry Changes: Changes to entry are permitted up to (TBD)
- Refunds: Full (less $20 admin fee) before (TBD), no refunds on or after (TBD). No Refunds for Cancelled event.
Rules
- All entries must be submitted and paid online.
- Each horse/rider combination must have their own entry form, signed Safe Sport form, negative Coggins, and signed liability waiver. Riders do not need to provide Coggins and/or waivers if they have already provided these documents for prior clinics/shows at Woodloch in 2026.
- NO DOGS ALLOWED.
- Dressage tests will be in outdoor arena with sand/textile footing.
- Show jumping phase will by in outdoor arena with sand/textile footing.
- All classes will be held outside, rain or shine.
- Ribbons: CT 1st-6th place; YEH/NEH 1st-3rd place
Young Event Horse (YEH) Qualifier:
At qualifying events, horses are asked to complete two sections:
1. Dressage
2. Jumping Test/Gallop/General Impression
YEH jumping phase will begin in a grass field with approximately 5 show jumping efforts, leading into approximately 10 XC obstacles. There will be a bank, ditch or water obstacle on course.
YEH-4 yo: maximum 2'11"
YEH-5 yo: maximum 3'3"

New Event Horse (NEH) Qualifier:
Format will mirror the YEH classes.
Age: Horses must be 4 years old or older, and in their first year of eventing.

Dressage test: USEF YEH-4yo qualifying test.
Jumping effort heights: 2'3"-2'7" (BN height).

COURSE WALKING:
- The course will be open for walking (on foot; no horses or vehicles allowed) the morning of the Combined Test (times TBA).
- During the jumping lunch break (times TBA).
- No horses allowed on course the day before, or the morning of the show.
- No course walking while horses and riders are on course!
